The Changing Landscape of Poverty

Poverty is increasing in Central Indiana, especially in Interstate Neighborhoods (built in the 1960s and 1970s). Pre-War Neighborhoods have long had the highest poverty rates, but Interstate Neighborhoods have surpassed the city’s core in terms of the number of people in poverty.
