In partnership with Lilly Global Health and the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at IUPUI, SAVI created custom visualizations to assist with the identification of Indianapolis neighborhoods with the greatest prevalance of diabetes. These visualizations are being used to inform collaborative health improvement planning.
